Chong So, DO
Chong So, DO is a 1995 graduate of Cornell University in Ithica, NY, and a 2000 graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine.
He completed a three year residency at Mid-Hudson Family Health Institute in Kingston, NY. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Osteopathic Physicians, and the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. So joined Parkland Family Practice in 2006. He speaks Korean and English fluently.
Dr. So takes a holistic approach to medicine and incorporates osteopathy into his practice. He has special expertise in Osteopathic Spinal Manipulations. He focuses on treating the whole person, and believes in the body's ability to heal itself. Dr. So provides overall health education with an emphasis on injury and disease prevention.

Tracy E. Meattey, PA
Tracy E. Meattey, PA received her undergraduate training at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH, and obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her Clinical Rotations in Pediatrics, Ambulatory Medicine, Inpatient Internal Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Dermatology, and Orthopedics in Boston. Tracy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Prior to joining Parkland Physician Services, Tracy worked in a Family Practice setting serving patients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds with a focus on the team approach to health care. She has worked extensively in community medicine and has become proficient in the treatment of a variety of illnesses, such as gynecologic and psychiatric disorders. She has been published in the Journal of Medical Virology for her research on the Prevalence of Human Papillomavirus Genotypes in Women.
Tracy is a native of Massachusetts and was born and raised on Cape Cod. She is married to Dr. Health Meattey, an Endocrinologist affiliated with Parkland Medical Center and Portsmouth Regional Hospital. In addition to enjoying family time with Dr. Meattey and their beautiful young daughter, Tracy takes pleasure in cooking, photography, drawing, and music.
